PURCHASING CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BRUNS Products web shop is run by Hank's & Grace Schampo AB with corporate identity number 559012-7246. This page contains the terms and conditions for purchase from our online shop. By ordering our products you have agreed to these terms and conditions. To shop with us, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
All prices in the online shop are including VAT and the choices of currency are Euro (EUR) or Swedish Krona (SEK).
Payments will be made through Ecster, Credit cards and Paypal and all card information is handled with SSL encryption. The prices applicable are set at the date on which you place your order. Final shipping costs and payment fees are stated in the check out process before confirming the purchase. For shipping outside Sweden we use Paypal.
If we have your requested products on stock, your order will be shipped within 1-3 labour days. If the products cannot be delivered to you within three days, we will send you an email informing you about the actual shipment date. Shipments to addresses in Sweden will be delivered by DHL. You will be able pick up your order at their pick-up point. A text message will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up. International orders will be delivered by DHL / TNT.
When shopping, an estimated shipping cost will appear below the generated purchase amount, based on shipping to the country you are in. When checking out the shopping cart, the final shipping cost will be determined after stating your delivery address, and shown in the order summary before confirming the purchase.
Shipping costs within Sweden is 60 SEK and free on orders over 250 SEK.
Shipping costs in Europe is 150 SEK and free on orders over 650 SEK.
Shipping cost in Europe (NON EU) is 250 SEK and free on orders over 850 SEK.
For countries outside Europe we charge 500 SEK on orders under 2000 SEK.
TAXES AND CUSTUM DUTIES
For international shipments any duties, taxes or VAT that might occur will be covered by the customer.
DESTROYED PACKAGING / TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If you notice that the outer box is damaged, you should report that to the pick-up service and save a copy of the report for your reference if something is damaged inside the box. If you notice when opening the box, that an item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us and if possible include a photo of the damaged goods. Send us an email with this report to firstname.lastname@example.org and mark the email “transport damages”. We will contact you immediately to solve the situation.
Returns must be made no later than 14 days after the day of pick up to generate a full refund of the purchase value. Returned products must be kept in its original packaging, in good condition and unopened. Damaged or opened products will not be accepted and no refunds will be made. Freight costs for returns will be covered by the customer. When returning a purchased product please clearly mark the returning parcel ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to shorten handling time and for international returns avoid any Customs charges. BRUNS Products will not be responsible for any charges on the returning parcel made by authorities or Customs, they are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN
Before returning your product you need to send an email marked “Return” email@example.com State your order number and list the products you would like to return. Once you receive an approval from us you can return the products.
PRODUCTS THAT ARE NO PICKED UP:
If the client has not picked up their delivery or put wrong adress for delivery and therefore we get the products in return we will charge an extra 170 SEK (within Sweden).
For clients that want their package to be delivered again we will charge an extra 250 SEK (within Sweden).
If the product does not correspond to the standard expected please send an email marked “Complaint” to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and describing the nature of the complaint. Please do so as soon as possible after receiving the delivery. We will get back to you immediately to try and solve the problem.
BRUNS Products will act responsibly for all personal information requested from you. The personal information will be used to ensure deliveries, for credit assessment and to provide offers and information to you. The information you provide is only available to BRUNS Products and will not be shared with any third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you and you always have the right to request it to be deleted or corrected.
